AKA insurance lawyers. Ok, so I don't believe in Satan, but damnit if there IS one then these people are his second in command. Do these a-holes even HAVE a conscience? Cuz I don't think they do. Wouldn't it be nice to see them down on their knees, in a large pile of broken glass, being forced to give oral pleasure to some grungy oompa loompa (you can thank SJ for the wonka reference) while simultaneously getting kicked in the ass by a obese donkey? Or is that just me........

Ok so you're wondering WTF is up with me? I just went and picked up my Mother from the lawyer's office (yep, this is like the 5th fuckin lawyer she's been thru..... the first three quit the company and it kept gettin shuffled around). Why you ask? She was in a wreck back in October of 2000.... a man who was driving a frikken FREIGHT TRUCK ran a stop sign and hit her in the driver's side. Bad. Totaled her car. Messed up her neck. Gave her panic attacks (and omg is she a bitch to drive with). It's taken this long to get something done. Today was finally her deposition. So she goes this morning (to meet with her lawyer alone first) and then she comes home b/c they have a 45 minute break in there. So I'm here and she's telling me that he's asking her things like, "Did she have cataracts before the wreck? Was she sleepy that morning? (cuz she works 3rd shift)....... and it's pissing me off. So I drive her back up there and tell her to ask him wtf that had to do with the man running the stop sign. Do they think she used some masterful form of telepathy to make the man run the stop sign and hit her?

Ok..... so the woman from the insurance company for the freight company that hit her comes in and is asking her stuff. I wish I would have been there (they wouldn't let me) b/c I would have liked to have a few choice words with the bitch. What did she ask??? How long Mom & Dad have been married. Who lived with them. How old I was. What did I do. What church we went to. Why bitch? Do you have a direct line to God? Is he going to send you a mental image of what happened? Is this now a "Christians get justice" only country? (Well, personally I know it's that way now. Freedom of religion my ass.) SHIT. So it seems that their line of 'defense' is that Mom somehow caused the wreck. Yep, she often makes people run lights and stop signs. I keep tellin her about that shit........... *Sigh*
