I just walked down Main Street in the rain. Why you ask? No reason really. My friend and I decided to leave the coffee shop where we met and walk down the street to the post office. In the rain. Raining. Naturally once we got to the post office it rained that much harder. Of course! I ran across this lovely picture and thought it fit the mood well. Besides.... who can resist the fantastic fashion and charisma of this group? Not I! I'm wondering though..... just WHAT is Sheila devoted to? Could it be hits of acid or crystal meth? Hmmmm......



Needless to say we did get soaked. But it was fun. And I even got to stop in a dime store and buy a cheap pair of panty hose for some onions. Had to throw that in b/c I KNOW that most of you there are sitting with these odd looks on your faces thinking..... "WTF? Did she say onions?" Yep, that's right. The southerners should get it. The rest of you can just wonder. heh.

I am getting pumped for Thanksgiving coming up though. The old man isn't in a foul mood this year (still my beating heart) so things should be good. Usually he becomes Mr. Asshole during the holidays (his father didn't let them celebrate b/c his father died on Xmas day). So he was brought up with his dad being an ass during the holidays and followed suit. Yay for us. But my fingers are crossed that things will be ok this year. Pray or wish or whatever the hell you want to do for us ok? Thanks.
